A high and mighty commissar coming straight from some schola progenium in some cardinal world of mighty culture and stuff, Ophedia Sigma. lol

Transferred to watch over a band of scums and "cowards" of the False Hope Phantom. He is gonna have the best of his career.

Commissar accidental death in a death world regiment is not uncommon. For the Phantoms, they don't welcome this guy because he will always get in the way of how they operate on the field. Adding the fact that the guy could shoot them and threaten their friends.

Some of the False Hope sergeants and colonels resent commissars outright but some, especially those more vilely and cunning bastards, will coax and even "convince" the commissars to "become" one of them. Worsening the Imperial creed.

This guy is gonna reprimand a Phantom colonel for disobedience and stuff. well, he might regret it. Phantoms are cunning bastards to the extreme.

nice work man, great contrast which lets us focus on the the way we should. i see u put kombat unit's works to good use ;)

excellent faces too, they can b hard to draw.
